Frans serves as Chair of the Board at Invest Europe and as an Advisor to Eurazeo.
Mélodie de Pimodan

Mélodie has 20 years of experience in SME financing and investments.
Mélodie led Otium Capital, a family office with €1bn AuM, over the past five years. Previously, she was a director at Capza small&midcap buyouts.
Mélodie is a board member of Solvac, a listed investment company.
Marie-Gabrielle Figeac

Marie-Gabrielle has c.10 years of experience in investment and consulting.
Before joining Leto, she worked for PAI Partners, a European leading private equity firm (€25+bn AuM) in the large capital investment deal team for five years.
Previously, she worked at LEK, as a strategic consultant.

Before joining Leto Partners in April 2023, Hugo worked at Credit Suisse in their M&A France Coverage team and at Sagard in their NewGen – Tech & Healthcare team.

Grégoire has 20+ years of VC and industrial experience, with a focus on tech and decarbonation.
Grégoire led corporate venture, strategy/M&A, and innovation at Safran. He previously led venture investments at Demeter.
